The Admiral Nurse Service
A team of professionals who deliver free and expert advice, CRGPA’s admiral nurses provide support and understanding to help families care for their loved ones with dementia.
Offering life changing support across Coventry, Rugby and North Warwickshire, they help families and carers overcome the fear and confusion that dementia can bring. The service facilitates emotional support to families and carers affected by dementia from the time of diagnosis to the end of life, helping them to develop coping strategies that work for them.
CRGPA’s admiral nurses are part of the charity Dementia UK.
No carer should face dementia alone.

“My Admiral Nurse concentrated on me as a person and made me stop and think about taking time out for myself. Being able to talk to her so freely helped me to release all my emotions that I bottled up, which then enabled me to carry on. Without her I don’t think I would be emotionally in the place I am now.”
